As the Art Director for A Mag, a globally distributed fashion magazine by Aïshti in Lebanon, I held a pivotal role in shaping the magazine's creative vision and ensuring its global appeal.
My responsibilities extended beyond the traditional scope of art direction; I was instrumental in selecting compelling themes for each monthly issue, which required keen market insight and an understanding of contemporary fashion trends. My hands-on approach included conducting location scouts to find visually striking settings, meticulously managing budgets to maximize resource utilization, and collaborating closely with talented photographers and models to bring our creative concepts to life.
Additionally, I was intimately involved in the design process of each issue, bringing a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to the magazine's layout and visual narrative. In my routine oversight at the print house, I ensured that each issue's production met our stringent quality and consistency criteria. This aspect of my role highlighted my capacity to manage intricate projects with precision, perform exceptionally under tight deadlines, and deliver work of exceptional quality that appeals to a global audience.
