L ’Officiel Levant is a monthly fashion magazine that explores art, culture and design based in Beirut. Each issue focuses on a different theme and uses current cultural events for inspiration.
As the art director of the magazine, the challenge was to find a relevant topic for the monthly issue while reflecting on the complexity of the culture through people and art. I innovated exciting and intriguing themes monthly, conceptualised the editorial approach, developed budgets and timelines, managed a team of 3 to 5 people and logistical preparations for the photoshoots and created original artwork for articles and shoots. Fostering the best possible creative environment was crucial to me so my team and I could create the best projects.
